BROKER LICENSING MODULE 1- ZOOM October 5-November 2, 2026

REFUND POLICY:
1. All money paid by a student will be fully refunded if the student chooses not to enroll in, or to withdraw from, the
school within seven calendar days after having signed an enrollment agreement.
2. If after the seven-day cancellation period, a student withdraws after instruction begins, refunds will be made according
to the following schedule:
Proportion of Total Program Taught by Date of Withdrawal Tuition Refund
Less than 10% -90% Refund
10% up to but not including 20%- 80% Refund
20% up to but not including 30%-60% Refund
30% up to but not including 40% -40% Refund
40% up to 50% -20% Refund
more than 50% -No refund
3. If the school closes, cancels or discontinues a course or program, the school will refund to each currently enrolled
student all money paid by the student for tuition and fees and all money for which the student is liable for tuition and fees.
4. Students are requested, but not required, to notify the Director if they are withdrawing from the school.
5. Refunds are based on the last date of attendance.
6. All refunds due will be paid within 60 days of the student's last date of attendance. Books are non refundable.

In the event that a student does not show up for a class or needs to reschedule/ transfer after the 72 hours prior to the class has begun a Store Credit will be issued one time.  Should the student need to reschedule a second time the store credit will not apply and full class fee(s) will be due in order to re-register. Store Credits cannot be applied during a special promotion and cannot be used for online courses.

The policies are outlined both from Elite Learning Academy and the MD Real Estate Commission.  The courses are monitored and if a student is removed for violating any of the rules the student willnotbe rescheduled on a store credit and must register and pay again.  The same policy will apply to any student who does not show up to class without written cancellation (email) atleast 72 hours prior to the class start time.  The ZOOM classes will be locked promptly at start time. At that time anyone not  logged in will not be able to enter and will go down as a "no show."

In the event of cancellation of classes due to inclement weather the courses will be rescheduled to a future date and if necessary students would be eligible for a full refund. Elite Learning Academy will post any cancellation or delay on the homepage of the website in red lettering once a decision has been made.  Students may also call 443-223-7500 for questions.
